A Product Nerd
Since the App Store launched in 2008, I've been playing with apps. Testing them, breaking them, comparing them, long before I knew this could become my job.

The desire to understand
My product journey has been diverse: Startups, agencies, public institutions, large companies, newsrooms, ecommerce. Seeing products built in different contexts has taught me how business, people, constraints, and tech really shape what gets shipped.

"Ugo embodies everything you'd expect from an excellent Product Designer: creativity, rigor, user empathy but also a genuine ability to step back and challenge direction when it matters. Always proactive, attentive, and team-oriented, he creates a positive dynamic within the team and smooths communication between tech, product, and business. Reliable, fast, and committed, he is both a driving force of ideas and a true engine in any project. Working with him is as efficient as it is enjoyable."

"I had the pleasure of working with Ugo for two years at Ignition Program. He is the best Product Designer I have directly worked with. His mockups are precise, thorough, and always relevant, delivered fast, with full consideration for technical constraints and developer feedback. He also willingly steps beyond his role to contribute to strategic discussions. He brought the team consistently positive energy and a refreshing good mood."
